Overview of our onboarding and interview process

Initial Steps

1. Profile Creation – We will begin by creating your profile (approximately 5 minutes).

2. Identity Verification – Once your profile is created, you will complete Aadhaar and PAN verification through DigiLocker.

3. After successful verification, you will proceed to the next step.

Harver Assessment
You will be required to take a Harver Assessment. This AI-driven assessment evaluates candidates’ cognitive abilities, personality traits, and situational judgment.

• Passing the assessment is mandatory.

• Approximate assessment duration: 15 minutes.

Candidates who successfully pass the Harver Assessment will move to the next stage: Training Enrollment.

Training Enrollment Process

1. You will be enrolled in a client program based on your interest, such as Voice or Non-Voice (including international clients).

2. After enrollment, a PC system compatibility check will be conducted to ensure your system meets the requirements.
   Please refer to the system requirements link for more details.

3. Once the system check is cleared, you will need to complete the following:

   • Photo ID Verification (instant results)

   • Background Check Verification (may take 1–7 days)
     

Candidates who successfully clear the background verification will receive their training schedule.

Training Details

• Training duration: 7 to 30 days, depending on client requirements.

• 100% attendance is mandatory from the first to the last day of training.

Candidates who successfully complete the training will start production from the next day.
Please note that you must successfully pass the training before you can begin working on the client program.

Work Flexibility & Payments

• You will have the flexibility to choose the number of hours you want to work each day.

• Minimum service requirement: 20 hours per week.

• Compensation is hourly-based.

• Payouts are processed every 15 days, meaning you will receive payments twice a month.
